Taxis are readily available outside along Via España street. Very good and reasonably priced on-site restaurant "
"They actually told me to park on the sidewalk, which was barracaded. Parking elsewhere in the área is $70 per day, twice what the room costs. It was cheaper to abandon my no-refund réservation for another hotel with free parking"

"Best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Hands down. So many options. The hotel is very lovely, spacious and comfortable. Only thing that bothered me is you could hear people walking or running above you at night. Hotel is very busy and guests are loud sometimes if you’re a light sleeper like me. The check-in process was smooth, but there weren’t any instructions for things like where to take the trash, what to do with linens, or where to leave the keys at checkout.The A/C in the primary bedroom wasn’t working, but I didn’t notify the host, so that’s on me. We also couldn’t access the pool or other amenities, which we thought were included. I wasn’t planning to use them, but was curious to check them out—again, I didn’t reach out to the host.The beds and linens were quite minimal, and the couch was uncomfortable—it felt like there was a metal bar under the seat, so we had to sit on a pillow.Overall, the stay was good, but a few small improvements and clearer communication could make it much more comfortable for future guests."
