"Overall Harrahs SoCal resort/casino did not disappoint. I really wish they had a microwave in the rooms to warm up leftovers from their cafes/restaurants/food court. I also wish that every shop/restaurant/bar inside Harrahs had a scanner to scan my app rewards card. We spent so much money and I kept forgetting to get a replacement card to get points even when I gambled. Most of the restaurants said I needed an actual players card to swipe for points as they couldn’t scan my app for points which was very frustrating as I had spent so much money at dinner one of the nights. I’ll definitely make my first stop at the rewards center to get a card next time I go. Room was very clean, well stocked, staff were very helpful and nice when checking in, valet parking is free which was nice! I do wish they had regular quick hits slots, loteria, and smaller bets on wheel of fortune."

"Had a one night stay for a wedding, and you can smell the clean in the room as soon as you walk in.. and I got in at like past 2 am lol. Very nice staff. My only issue was that I needed a plunger and when I called for one they said they couldn’t locate one overnight . But morning staff appolagiezed and said they had them. Only issue other than that great stay.. pillows and bed comfy slept so good when my bf woke and said it was almost 10:30 I was like oh no got 30 min to get packed and out ."
