"We stayed at the Hampton Inn Temecula and overall had a good experience. The location is fantastic with easy access, open parking, and you can walk in easily from the street.
Check-in was very smooth and the staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and available whenever we needed something, day or night. The dining room is spacious and breakfast was lovely. Our room was nice and cold when we arrived, towels were fully stocked, and the elevators were prompt and spacious.
That said, there were some areas that need attention. The pool was completely green and unusable, and the jacuzzi didn’t look much better even though it was still running at night. There was some debris in the front and the market or snack area was not well stocked. The room carried a lot of noise, especially with adjoining rooms, so you could hear neighbors if they were arguing or being loud, although thankfully street noise wasn’t an issue.
Toiletries were also lacking, shower gel was watery and the soap/shampoo setup wasn’t great. I would consider staying again for the location, staff, and breakfast, but the pool maintenance, toiletries, and room soundproofing really need improvement."
