"Room tidy if a bit dated, lots of floorboard noise within room and especially above. Very good staff. Great breakfast with excellent choices, the hotel grounds are superb , very well kept and great to stroll and sit in. Very good swimming pool and facilities."

"Good location, great old building but in need of tlc. Staff were mixed; some helpful and friendly, others not. Prices at the bar ok considering. Only one lift working while we were there. Indoor car park at £10 per day is ok, but designed when cars were half the size, so exciting getting in and out ..."

Cosy Seaside Cottage, minutes from Beach & Village, Dog-Friendly, with parking.
"Property was good and we would use again. Shaldon is a small but very nice village with decent places to eat and a few nice shops. London Inn best place to eat. Property pictures nearly put us off booking as not really detailed enough. Toilets and bathroom are small, floor 1 has toilet with large ..."
