"Great little boutique hotel right in old San Juan. We had a very busy check-in time so the staff for fairly rushed to get everyone checked in and get rooms ready however they have a great little bar right in the lobby to make you nice and comfy while you wait. You're served by the staff whatever you need, they have it right there. You can tell they stay very busy Cruise traffic for the overnighters and lots of guests coming in to enjoy our San Juan. "Personnel très accueillant et on est arrivé avant l’heure et ils ont gardé nos bagages mais pas donné une chambre immédiatement. La chambre était pas très propre beaucoup de cheveux dans la salle de bain. Les photos sur le site du spa et son installation ne reflète pas la réalité. Spa plein de sable et mal entretenue et les chaises très vieille. Sur le site c’était très beau mais pas la réalité."

"Arrived after hours due to delay in flight but had been assured that was not a problem. Waited an hour on the street in the wee morning hours to be let into the hotel. Once in, they couldn't run my card in this building but was going to run it at another location. Then apparently, they dont take Amex even though we were not told and when they tried to run the card later, it wouldnt go through. Understandably, they need paid for us staying. I get it. But it was 6:30am before we got to our room....

"Communication with the host was wonderful, beautiful and clean! I got the balcony room and it was absolutely gorgeous, I will definitely be coming back. Also this hotel is near a bunch of restaurants and bars, el morro is only 10 min walk and parking lot was only 7 mins. I definitely recommend this stay if you’re looking for a beautiful aesthetically pleasing stay, great for pictures!"

"Property was exactly as stated in the listing. Everything I needed was available, and had no issues with the apartment. It is a historic building so there is dampness/moisture scents however, with the air conditioner it was fine. The location is amazing and the room was very quiet at night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location and would recommend it highly."

I wish I could remember the name of the person that helped us, but he actually walked over from the office to open the door cause we were not understanding how the second door opened, which was simple, but he came and walked us through process. Friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend and go again 😊"
