"We loved our stay at the Grandstand - a special place to enjoy a long weekend of family fun and relaxation. There were 8 of us (2 families) in total and we had plenty of space. The house has everything you could need for an easy, relaxed stay. Needless to say, the view is spectacular - the perfect spot for a coffee or wine, and an ideal location, with plenty to do and see in the vicinity. We hope to return sometime in the not too distant future."

"We arrived a bit earlier from Palmerston North and tried to contact someone to see if early entry was possible, unfortunately no reply. From there on it was fabulous. Great spot - walking distance to everywhere particularly the beach. It was a lovely set up and we enjoyed the space - great kitchen. We will be back"

"The location is very good. Nice quiet street, but an easy walk to the beach and the village centre. Communication with the property manager is excellent. The house was very comfortable and well-equipped, ideal for a family beach stay. Pet-friendly was a bonus."
