"My stay at this hotel was horrendous. First, upon first entrance the room looks normal. However, though the bed was made, upon settling for bed, I discovered that the sheets and pillows were unclean and smelled. My skin has been itching me since. Additionally, there were no soaps available and I had to buy my own soap (which I left at the hotel).
