"綺麗で広くて快適に過ごす事が出来るオススメ宿です。 サウナもあり、一泊では全てを堪能出来ないので連泊したかった…。 歩いてすぐにバス停もあるので、スムーズ且つ、フリーパス対応路線で便利です。 大抵の物は揃ってるし、グリルも立派なのでBBQも楽しめました。 大勢でパーティ泊まりするなら安上がりで最高です！"

"I highly recommend Hotel Nanpuso to anyone visiting Hakone. What made our stay memorable wasn’t just the beautiful hotel or Japanese hospitality, but the incredible people who went above and beyond to take care of us. We arrived around 8 PM after a 14-hour flight and a four-hour transfer. Despite our late arrival, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a full kaiseki dinner for us so we wouldn’t miss out on this wonderful Japanese dining experience. The following morning, our Klook tour plans nearly...

"Everything is walking distance from this property. They even provide a 4-500 ¥ washer and dryer. The only negative thing I can think of is the filters and vents and sealing fans need to be dusted. Other than that it was a pleasure to of stayed there."

"The house was difficult to find and, as mentioned, had a steep hill to walk down. When we entered, it smelled strongly of gas as there were 3 gasoline jars directly inside the door. The smell gave all four of us a headache. Also, it was VERY cold, due to missing windows. The heaters were set at max and we were still very cold. Lastly, the floors are not stable. In the dining room, it felt like we were walking on cardboard, as the floor flexed and moved when we walked. "

"This is our most memorable stay in Japan. We had an exceptional room with private rooftop onsen and incredible views. The staff and management were especially helpful and more importantly they were sincere. Their recommendations were fantastic. Manazuru is a lovely, manageable, not over saturated town with limited tourist influence and it might be hard to find a better place to stay than this one. It can be viewed as expensive but in Japan you pay for what you get and the value was fantastic. ...

"Excellent hotel"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and the property itself is beautiful. Such a unique idea with the late check in and late check out. It made it an easy transition from arriving mid afternoon from Kyoto and transitioning to our ryokan after the afternoon check out. Drinks were well made and the public bath was so welcome at the end of a long day exploring the Hakone area. The complementary snacks and drinks in the room was also a nice touch. We arrived early...

"The hot springs was excellent and the room we had in the annex was large and well equipped. Highly recommended."

"Loved loved loved! Wished I had booked this for the entire trip and probably will book again if I return. The home was thoughtfully curated and exactly as pictured. Very scenic drive and quiet neighborhood. Instructions were straightforward with check-in/route/guidelines and host was very responsive. Note: if you are using public transport and have more than a back pack, I suggest catching a ride from the drop off point to the home."

"It was over pricing!!! We wanted to eat sushi at the hotel. There was no room for us for two people.!! Very disappointing"

"すべての施設に清潔感がありました。また荷物預けなどもシステム化されていたり、あらゆるところが快適でした"
