"Really nice hotel with small convenient pool to cool off. Room is nicely decorated and very clean. The staff were great. Only negative was the air conditioner compressor/fan unit was extremely loud all night. We highly recommend this hotel. And would return in the future. "

"Pros : Helpful staff. Water and cookies available to all in lobby. There’s a pool. There’s a shopping mall close. Cons : The “family room” is minuscule. We were two and had just enough space for us and luggage. There is no way a 4 people family could fit in there with luggage. We booked a ride to Koh Phi Phi from the hotel, the driver was late and it took 3 tries to book it as the computer & app didn’t work."
