Staff is really pleasant and friendly willing to help at any time. The only thing is you should be prepared to walk tens of steep steps to your room. Better be fit. Loved it here."

There was one room service staff member who seemed consistently grumpy, but in a way it became a bit of a running joke for us — it added character to the place rather than taking anything away.
