"We booked 2 rooms for this stay and also being a returning customer i was not expecting this. One of the rooms was ready whilst mine had to wait for more than 2 hours to check in. The rooms are great though. It is huge and although not adjoining it was "connected" by the balcony. The breakfast spread is great. Better than the previous stay. We thought the ferry to Icon Siam is complimentary but was told that we had to pay a fee to bring us over to Icon Siam. Anyway, the stay is as always,...

"The property is beautiful and is 7 min from The airport but the beach was a little muddy since I came during the rainy season also it rained every single day I was there. I would stay 1 hr south of the airport it’s a lot more lively and less secluded. Also most of the festive activities are closer to Phuket Town. "

"We stayed here for a short layover in Bangkok and I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and staff. They hailed taxis for us, helped guide us, and were super friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the room (although we were upgraded because we missed our flight and they couldn't refund us), there is on site laundry, lots of nearby restaurants and a pool (we did not check out the pool but it was quaint and looked nice). I generally liked the area the hotel is in. Some might find it busy but...
