Beautiful location and incredibly helpful staff. The hotel is still part of a family business and has a great feeling about it. Two beautiful pools, nice restaurants and bar, lovely health spa. The hotel is built on a hillside and has great views towards the coast.

Great property with awesome views, good food, cool pools. Be prepared for some Walking as the property has multiple elevations but that’s what makes it so unique. The staff does their best to assist with shuttles to run you around. Also a great location to main beaches and night life. Good value for the money.

I am a disabled veteran. I am very grateful for the helpful staff at the hotel. That includes the front desk staff The guy's driving the shuttles and the young lady in the restaurant that helped me every morning. They made my very memorable.

Very average hotel, only fresh fruit at breakfast. They don't use it during the day and at the bar only from process food which is crazy on a fruit island where fruits are everywhere. Shuttle bus is not free and can't be organised during the day of your arrival or departure. Staff are always very kind and nice. Totel itself is pretty average and feel old

Nice resort and good location! The only thing i was not satisfied was checking in and out that took too long! I had to wait til 400 pm to check in the room since it wasn’t ready and when checking out, there was only 1 staff member working behind the front desk with a long line of customers.

Service was excellent the moment me and my husband step foot out of the cab. We stayed 6 nights for our honeymoon and were pleased by the staff and amenities that the resort had to offer. Only downside for us was the sink kept getting clogged every time we utilized it and our shower door didn’t completely closed which caused water to run out from under the shower door onto the floor of the bathroom. Other than this the property was amazing! Breakfast had many different choices when it came to the breakfast buffet, both swimming pools were amazing and one had a swim up bar. Hotel was in walking distance to Patong beach and great food spots (street food and local restaurants). Our room attendant Aye made us feel welcomed and came to check on our room the entire stay. Also, reserved a spa night which was also exceptional! Definitely recommend this property!
