"My little family and I have visited the hotels rooftop bar and restaurant many times as we are locals in Phuket, but this was the first time we treated ourselves to enjoy a night and breakfast here. As we expected our time there was super lovely, the staff in every position of the hotel are so nice and friendly, our room was perfect and more than we hoped for and a little surprise for my daughter there is now a cool play area for kids 🙂 "

"It is a very well organized and run hotel. I like it because I’m a wheelchair user and the hotel is well set up for it on this stay we were upgraded to a larger delux family room.. while having more space was nice the bathroom lacked the safety grab bars by the toy let and in the shower which made it challenging for me to use.. otherwise the room and the bed was comfortable I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before and wil do it again."

"Have stayed at the Grand Mercure the last 6 times . I love the location, the resort style pool and bar and restaurants. Ghe staff are all great and speak good English. Will be back next year. "

"The property was very nice. We did not use the pool, but it was beautiful. The staff was exceptional. Room was clean, short walk to old town. The food shops along the street were very good. Short walking distance from bus terminal. Traffic and street congestion all throughout. Phuket was very rough. Just driving in the area be very careful every second there’s another motorcycle passenger on your right and your left. We’re getting back to the hotel excellent."
