The hotel offers a convenient shuttle bus (better to book in advance), and there’s even a swimming pool if you feel like taking a dip. The location is quiet and scenic—perfect for a peaceful getaway. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s not just a stay—it’s a cultural experience, made truly memorable by the warmth and hospitality of the staff. I would love to return!"

"This spa hotel was very different from western hotels. Our room was like an apartment with a huge outdoor space with an outdoor sauna, pool- onsen, shower, lounge area, and covered dining area. Inside there was another pool/tub - onsen, dining area, TV area, karaoke machine, and two large - queen beds. The staff spoke little English, but used a translation App to help us. Breakfast was very nice served in our room. There was also a massage chair!"

"The actual onsen within the resort was excellent especially the non circulating fresh hot spring option. The room given to us was huge and have access to the garden. There was an actual tatami section to sleep and a separate room with western style beddings. The washroom was ginormous including a classy jacuzzi. We had the breakfast option but it was decent at best. If you are looking for a flavorfull experience, you might be disappointed but the experience itself was excellent. As for food, options are limited around the area and in my opinion, not worth the value and they close early. Expect convenient store food if you are on a budget. The actual property itself is very beautiful and clean throughout. It’s absolutely tranquil. However, sound proofing is poor. If there are noisy walkers and talkers above your room, you will hear them. Overall, i will revisit as it offered my family some unforgettable memories. "

"This is an adult hotel however kids are allowed. We stayed here for 1 night and the room was huge with massage chair, arcade game, karaoke and a huge bathtub and lots of amenities with curling and flat iron. They have a room service for our breakfast as well which was cool and on time.. we would stay here again if we are around Osaka and near the ITM airport "

"This was the second time my husband and I stayed here but this time I brought my family and friends. 9 of us total. I communicated with Justin via email and he was so accommodating with my requests. It was even nicer that I got to meet him in person when we checked in. We love the private onsen in our room and that we can also reserve the public ones as well Atmosphere is so relaxing. So far we have gone to 4 or the 8 you can reserve so we will need to return again to try the others. I left my phone in the onsen and the gentleman ran back to get it for me. I'm sorry I didn't get his name but he is always smiling, tall and wears glasses. We opted for breakfast together and they gave us a private room with a beverage bar just for our group. Next time we will do kaiseki dinner there as everyone enjoyed the breakfast. Thank you for the great service from you staff! "
