"Staff were super friendly. The room was amazing and faced the bay and ferris wheel. I made use of the jacuzzi bath both morning and night. Nothing beat a bath tub soak after a long day of doing touristy things."

"This property does take some effort to get to. But the stay was pleasant. Buffet was delicious and onsen baths were amazing. The ryokan experience is very interesting and comfortable for us. Staff were very helpful. One thing to mention is it is not very tattoo-friendly. They politely ask you to cover tattoos in common areas, including restaurants."

The food was amazingly good but it has a little portion of many different dishes so all of us weren't able to finish (sadly). The onsen was perfect for all of us to relax after a long day travel. "
