"I liked the hotel overall. I rated low on eco friendly because they use single use plastic water bottles and they use Keurig style coffee pods in the lobby. The thermostat in the room was not user friendly and the room never reflected the temperature that was displayed. I enjoyed staying there. Would recommend to a friend. I really loved the shower bath room! "

"Such a nice hotel! Very convenient location, with free shuttle to the train station (only about 10 minutes away). Staff was very helpful, answering a couple of emails before our trip in a very prompt manner, as well as being helpful while we were staying there. They were able to hold our bags for us when we arrived several hours prior to check in so we could go sightseeing, and they held them again for us for a couple of hours after checkout so we could see a few more things before leaving town....

"Rooms are on the smaller end and the reception area is on the 2nd floor so there is some bottlenecking in the elevators. Great amenities and attention to detail - housekeeping is lovely Location is in a quieter area of Osaka but night life is big with a couple streets of bars and late night eats in back of the hotel. "We've stayed in this airport hotel before in a first class room, but this time we booked a premium economy room. The room was yet to be re-modelled in a on-going hotel upgrade so it's deco appeared dated. But it was still in remarkable condition. The beds were comfy and the room itself was a good size especially compared what you would usually expect for a hotel room in Japan. It's perfect for early flights being a five minute walk from flight check-in desks. We booked two nights never...

"A little far away from the city center but with good connection though subway and free shuttle bus every 30min. It is good if you want to relax and disconnect from the big and crowded Japanese cities. We loved Kobe for that reason. Lovely city "
