"Good basic hotel for a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Not very spacious and the pillows were horrible, but otherwise it worked well for our family of four using two twin rooms. Used the laundry facilities and there was a clog in the drain, leading me to flood the laundry room several times. Employee who came to help was very apologetic and helpful cleaning up the mess. Great location within a 2 minute walk to the subway and several great bakeries."

"I stayed with Palace Hotel Japan for 2 nights and while I was shocked initially at the size of the room, it is actually quite value for money! The front desk staff is very friendly and the bathrooms are clean. Only issue I had was that the first room I had a defectable AC, leading to me requesting for a change in room, which the receptionist promptly provided. Overall, I had a good sleep on both nights and this hotel really give you a bang for your buck!"

"1 Night ¥1980 Hotel is everything you could ask for and more out of a hotel with the lower nightly rate you pay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating (coming from someone who doesn’t speak nearly any Japanese). The dorm areas had cleaning staff going through everyday ensuring garbages were emptied, bathrooms, floors, etc.., were clean. Only a 5 minutes walk to Iriya station so very easy to get around Tokyo. I had no troubles with noise from other guests, everyone was very respectful...

"Had a good night sleep and enjoyable stay at this property. Rooms are clean and quiet, althoug a bit older and quite small. Which is to be expected in Tokyo. Do not be swayed by the location or the presence of love hotels in the area. These are reputable esablishments. There are many great hidden dining gems in the area. The supermarket below has a fantastic selection of alcohol at great prices. "
