"We had a good stay at &Here Ueno. The property was clean, and in a great location. It was easy to get around, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The only disappointment was the breakfast. The dining area was very crowded, seating was limited, and the food selection was quite small. After trying it on the first morning, we decided to skip breakfast at the hotel for the rest of our stay and eat elsewhere instead. Other than that, we enjoyed our time here....

"The hotel was pretty clean. The room was small as expected but the large king size was huge! It was actually two double bed. I was just puzzled why I could not get an extra bed sheet. After some back and forth, with the assistance from the front desk lady's handheld translation device, she said there was no extra bed sheet and she had to arrange it from another location. I thought it was too much trouble so just told her never mind. I like the location of the hotel, very close to the subway...

"It was super clean and organized! The staff was friendly and helpful! The breakfast was an amazing way to start the day. I will we be coming back every time I visit Japan. Recommended!"

"Great hotel! Clean, quiet, and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The location was great too, close to alot of places to eat and within walking distance of places we wanted to go. I booked this hotel based on the reviews I read and I'm glad they were accurate."
