"Rooms are very clean and the AC and sink work very well. The size is perfect for people who travel light. Bathrooms and shared showers are nice and cleaned regularly every night by the cleaning staff. Finally, all the staff are incredibly sweet and helpful."

I don’t think it’s as bad as many reviews (from other websites) claimed. - I am a woman traveling alone and the road from Ueno station to the hotel is not dangerous even when I usually go back to the hotel around 9-11 pm everyday. Just wanted to assure any solo female travelers looking to book this hotel that it’s completely safe to walk at night :) - I have a bad allergy but this place doesn’t seem to be dusty at all, I was able to sleep fine...

"Wir hatten ein Stockwerk für uns alleine diese eine Nacht. Im Bad mit Blick zum Tokyo Skytree. Und nur eine Station von akihabara entfernt. Für uns perfekt. Und das kleine Onsen im 10 Stock. Super zum entspannen. Sehr zufrieden."

"Bon la chambre était très petite mais ça on le savait. Cependant la propreté n’était pas au rendez vous en tout cas dans la chambre il y avait des insectes qui s’apparente à des petits cafards, mort sur le sol. Franchement ça c’est pas génial, heureusement que ce n’était que pour 2 nuits"

"二度目の利用。東上野コリアンタウンに隣接。地下に大浴場あり。基本的な設備は揃っており、寝間着とフェイスタオル・バスタオルも毎日交換してくれる。ただし、トイレットペーパーが切れていたことがあった。フロントの対応はスタッフによって差があるように感じた。立地・価格なども考えれば総じて満足しているので、また利用すると思う。"
