"This hotel seems to have several different areas where your room might actually be located. When we arrived, another family was just checking in ahead of us. The attendant asked us to wait and walked the family to another property all together to check them in. We stood outside for about 10 minutes until she came back. Our room was upstairs from the office (no elevator fyi!). Room was great and had excellent air conditioning. Huge bathroom with double sink and big shower, nicest we saw for the rest of our trip to Italy. Breakfast was included at the restaurant next door (yogurt, coffee, juice, pastry). Several restaurants and a small store within a 5-10 minute walk. In a nice area, we felt very safe. The office held our luggage for us after check out the next day since our shuttle to the cruise port wasn’t until later."
