The staff were really helpful and fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The food and bar options for purchase were well stocked, given the area around it is a little sparse on offerings. The breakfast was excellent.

The receptionist that checked us in appeared very nervous. The guy (Gaston) who took over was very friendly and helpful. I didn't appreciate the micro managing over breakfast - I really don't need to be told how to push a button marked 'cappucino' in order to get a drink

The ladies checking us in were so helpful to store all of our luggage until time to get in room. Amazing staff going above and beyond to get us taxis to the cruise port! We would definitely stay again!!

Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous, check in was a breeze and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this place especially if you need a good night sleep before the cruise as I did. I stayed here for one night for my Greek isle cruise leaving out of the Ravenna Port.

Nice hotel, of only…

The hotel is well located with enough parking and good accessibility. Surprisingly for this chain, there was actually friendly staff available for checkin, not only the usual checkin-machines. For tours to the city, you can rent bikes at moderate 5 EUR per day. About half of the bikes look in reasonably good condition. So that was very good. The lobby has many self-service food and drink offerings, so that you can get by without going to stores. Else, just across the highway bridge is a big shopping mall. The rooms are spacious and the bed is according to our preferences. The critical downside: We had two rooms - and both had issues: One the AC was leaking, even with the AC off. The other the bathroom floor was very wet - it seemed the water was leaking from the wall or the toilet. When announced to the reception, they offered to clean up. But no repair was done or room changed. So the problem repeated the next day. During the day, the cleaning staff is super noisy, as if they would be trying to break through the wall with the vacuum-cleaner. And at night, the guests attracted to this hotel seam to bear all decency having lively and lengthy discussions on the hall ways (we are talking about 11p to 1 am, and not just one party being the issue), and continuing in the rooms with slamming doors every few minutes, puking and laughing. So while this hotel could be very nice, it fails the criteria of being a place where you actually can sleep and relax for the next days tour.

Staff was great, room was nice. There was an issue with the City of Ravenna losing water, everyone was without water fir 20hrs. B&B did their best to help their guests get through it. Supplied water containers to their guests. I would recommend to stay there.

The staff was very unhelpful. They did not communicate to help us with questions asked whereabouts for places we wanted to go. There was a waitress that was very rude to us just because we asked her where is the food which we thought there was no breakfast trays available and eyes us and sulked upon me and I had to confront her and report her and she answered back so I had to shut her mouth up myself.
