"A lovely little hotel at the heart of Ravenna. A bit of a first in that it comes with its own church. A great place to stay, the rooms are on the small side and the bathroom is definitely basic but this is more than made up for by the location and the building itself, you couldn’t ask to be closer to the action. Breakfast is included and this is substantial. There is plenty of outside space to sit with your Spritz when it is sunny. The staff are lovely and hard working. There is limited parking in the hotel itself, so if you want to do that it is advisable to book ahead. Otherwise they will help you with the street parking which we managed without issue. Ravenna is an Italian jewel and staying here definitely enhanced the experience."

"Our junior suite was just amazing. Down to the beautiful chandeliers, the wood beamed ceiling and especially the stunning, centuries old, frescos. The meal we had at the attached restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast we got to custom order. We arranged transport to the cruise ship from there and it was so easy. Ravenna was beautiful and this boutique hotel was the perfect place from which to tour."
