Not even the people at their HELP desk knew how to get there. i went to check in at 8.30pm and finally managed to get in at 11.00pm with no real help from their staff. There is a washing machine and drier in the unit but be careful if you wash any clothes as the drier doesn't work and the only option was to use the hair drier. VERY DISSAPOINTING VISIT TO SYDNEY"

"Check-in process required verification of government id with an app outside of VRBO. Parking spot is provided, but is not "secure" as stated in ad. Open to street and children played cricket in the parking area every day we were there. Unit is very close to a busy road, and across the street from a kindergarten. Very loud during the day, and dealt with noise while trying to sleep most nights. Had 2 physical problems with the unit. Both times the property manager sent someone over to fix...
