"We had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. However, a few things to note, they do not provide slippers so bring your own. They also don’t have room service which we were surprised about. We had to order food from the lounge and take it to our room which was a little bit of a trek in the wind. There is no separate car park. We parked at the zoo and dragged our luggage all the way to the hotel. We should have dropped our luggage off first as they do have a 15 minute parking area. We still had a great time and would recommend it."

"The location was great, walking distance to the Metro and the mall. Breakfast has a variety of choices. The property also provides car service to the train station if you’re planning to take the train. Clean and friendly staff."
