"It was one of the most horrible experience ever for me, because when I arrived at the hotel late at night in Nov/02, I could not go into the hotel, as the entrance was locked. I tried to ring someone up inside the hotel by door-bell (inter-phone installed outside the entrance), but the inter-phone was out of order and didn’t work at all. No one inside the hotel received me, and I had been deserted alone and chilled outside for about 15 minutes. Fortunately, service staff of apartment house just...

"Had a lovely stay here. It was very clean, quiet area to stay, the staff was very friendly, and the food was good."

"Everything was wonderful from arrival to departure."

"The signature citizenM room design works perfectly for us, offering a smart, comfortable, and highly efficient use of space. Paired with an excellent location, it provided an ideal and highly convenient base for our stay"

"I had a last minute booking for a room. As working in the are and needed rest for the net day. But the room wasn’t the greatest it had sliding partition walls. That you could hear the conversation next door was having on the phone or tv was on. Should at least be normal walls or told that is has these walls"
