"We stayed in early June and enjoyed the hotel and our room. Great things to know: The staff was lovely and helpful. The location is an easy, short walk from Piccadilly Circus (even with luggage). The Piccadilly underground line goes straight to Heathrow Airport - there is no need to take a taxi or other transport. You also can get a short, direct underground to St. Pancras station if taking the Eurostar trains. The surrounding area is active, with lots of restaurants, pubs and shopping...

"Why 3 stars? Well it comes down to the WC being next to the bed and we were in a large room. Great if you’re on your own but I’m certain your partner will not appreciate the noise and smells that your morning routine will create! The rest of the hotel is 5*. Great staff but it’s no good having the toilet basically right next to the sleeping end of the bed!"

"Incredible property with one of the best hotel staffs we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. Fabulous location, afternoon tea was wonderful and the Gordon Ramsey restaurants did not disappoint. Again, the hotel staff were the heroes of our stay! We will most definitely be back! "Beautiful hotel. Issue was with a VERY LOUD party with deep bass music blasting till midnight. 5th floor rooms and I guess the party on the 6th floor and every beat could be felt Earplugs not helpful. Poorly planned or poorly designed event space but do not stay here if any events w music being held! Ridiculous. So much for any rest before a long flight."

"This property is spectacular!! A few steps to The Horse Guards , yet quietly tucked away from any noise. We stayed at many properties throughout London, and this is by far the most affordable historical elegance you will find. When we are staying with friends in London, we always stop in for coffee in the morning or a nightcap in the evening. This past weekend when we stayed, we were so impressed with everything about this hotel.."
