"Beautiful room with that “Old England Feel” I was looking for. Knocked down a bit for the shower which was strangely modern and dangerous feeling (and the water temp dial was unattached ) It’s very pricey tho. Which we offset by not eating there much. Their restaurant was the real weak spot for me , rickety chairs and fairly boring food choices. Plus the “optional” 15£ a day fee they tack on at the end … I paid gratuities throughout my stay and missed the first day of my trip due to a flight...
