"This house is very chic, modern and so nicely decorated. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our girls weekend. Each room is nicely decorated with a cute beachy vibe. The beds are so comfortable. We were in close proximity to everything in Surf City. You can tell the owners of this home take pride in their condo unit. We would definitely recommend and come back here."

We had an issue with the downstairs thermostat, so I sent a text to the owner. He responded within the hour and was at the house to fix it the next day. Great owner and a fabulous property!"

"First let me say the host, Justin was a very responsive nice person to communicate with. This property is truly unique. Every room is filled with antiques. My husband and I being in our late 60's could relate to the furnishings within the home. The home sits on a quiet street. We felt safe and secure in the neighborhood. "Our family enjoyed staying here. There were some minor issues we found to be unsatisfactory. The water didn't get very warm, and the jacuzzi tub didn't work. We also noticed an odor in the rooms that had carpet. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would recommend it to others."

"The house has nice space and layout, and the view of the sound from the decks is pretty. But…first thing Sunday morning we discovered the microwave in the house doesn’t work. I called and messaged Vacasa immediately and multiple times all during the week about the non-working microwave. (My vacation time was wasted attempting to get a working appliance.) "We had a great time at the beach and the views from this house were practically front row. The property was very clean and well equipped with all the basics as well as paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. The tv's were new with lots of streaming options and the wifi was fast. Fenced yard was great for our dogs and the beach accesses were very close. The location was just far enough from the main tourist area that it was quiet but close enough so that groceries were only 5-10 minutes away."
