"Our stay here was so amazing. Our check in process was great and we were able to check in a lot earlier than expected to spend the day by the beach. There were tons of additional perks included that we got to enjoy like all the beach gear and a wagon. Jim even set up an extension cord for us to charge our electric car. On top of all of that we were allowed to stay late into the last day because no one was checking in after us. Would highly recommend this spot!!"

"We did get a lot of rain but still had a great getaway. This place is close to the beach and there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Unit was clean and well appointed. Glad there is an elevator for the 4th floor! "

"Very clean and spacious, bright and beachy. We only made breakfast and had all utensils and pans needed. LOVE that they had k-cups with a Keurig! 2-3 minute walk to the beach! This condo is right across from the Trailer Bar. They have live music which was great. We would just put chairs on the deck, listen and people watch. But when you’re trying to sleep, you can hear everything across the street. People tend to get a little louder when drinking, lol. Did not bother me one bit, my husband slept right through it. If you’re a light sleeper, could be an issue. I would not let that keep me from staying here again. Great communication with the owners. If you’re looking for a place to stay and don’t care if you have a beach view, stay here!! Seriously only 2-3 minute walk to the beach. P.S. LOVE that there is a washer and dryer! I could pack light knowing I was able to do laundry. "

"We’ve stayed on Topsail before, but we really loved this spot! The house was perfect for our family. We hadn’t planned to max it out, but that’s how it worked out and we are so happy it could sleep 8!! We were comfortable and the beach was perfect. The owners were responsive and checked in with us. "Ernest was a great Host...great communication, easy check-in! The house is setup with everything you need! Nice 2 tier deck on the back of the home to sun bath or sit in the shade and just relax! We really enjoyed ourselves! "
