"We enjoyed our stay in Rob's condo!The location was perfect. You can walk straight onto the beach, and there is a shower and hose on the boardwalk to rinse off the sand. The pool in the community is nice and has a generous shallow end that our preschoolers enjoyed. Parking was very convenient right under the unit.The condo was comfortable, nicely decorated, and fully stocked. The kids loved the bunk beds! Rob was a very generous host and very easy to communicate with.We would love to stay again on our next visit to Topsail!"

"Our family of adult children, grandkids and dogs had a great time at SEArenity Now. Jim was an excellent host. Responded quickly to the few questions we had. The house was clean and well stocked. Beds were made when we arrived and all linens and towels were provided along with beach chairs and toys. The location was excellent. We could see the Surf City bridge from the kitchen window and the private beach access was directly across the street. Kitchen was well stocked and the frig had a working ice machine (a first for us in Surf city). We hope to be back soon! "
