There are two separate buildings for this stay. You check in at the smaller building that the GPS takes you to, but you may be staying across the street if you request the bigger rooms. Each building is nice and clean, staff is courteous and they accommodate you no matter what, and no complaints are had.

Our room was very clean, and was a 2-min walk from the beach! A/C worked great too!

Loved our stay!

Very nice good service and lovely room for our stay. Not far from beach access which was sweet! We’ll definitely stay here again!

Labor Day Retreat

Last minute solo trip for relaxation. Excellent view of ocean from front balcony. Room was clean. Biggest issue was door hard to open due to moisture. There was no ice machine. No elevator working which made the 4 flights of stairs to my room a little more challenging but overall I would stay again due to proximity of beach and dining.

We had a great trip to Surf City. Our room was very clean and easy walking distance to the beach. The kitchen was a plus for breakfast. We will be back for sure.

The room was small, but clean and accommodating to my needs on vacation. It was close enough to the beach that I could walk, even at 2 am, and I felt comfortable to do so in the neighborhood.

I had a lovely stay at Tiffany's. The staff were very friendly and courteous. My after hours check in and my check were smooth and quick. The room was spacious and the entire stay was perfect.

Positives: Great location, beautiful pools. Negatives: Beautiful pools were closed all week in July! Broken deck furniture, no hot water in kitchen, toaster didn't work, elevator had issues.

Quiet. Easy walk to beach. Easy drive to restaurants clean. Pools were closed duration of our stay which was disappointing. Room had no towel racks or hooks for bathing suits or towels Otherwise nice stay especially for price at this time of year

The motel was nice and quiet. Just a quick walk to the beach. Unfortunately the elevator and the pool (on the beach side) were out of order. We had to walk up and down 3 flights all weekend. The bathroom was a little small. But overall it was a nice place to stay for a quick beach trip and I would go again.

The room was hudge. Two seperate bedrooms. Very clean. Very close to the beach. We walked over to the beach in about 5 minutes. Elevators made it very easy to move stuff.

The service was a little different. We had no maid service. So we had to go across the street to get clean towels. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

This was a great place to stay. Quick walk to the beach. My only complaint was we had to walk across a busy (small) to get to the beach with no cross walk. We sometimes had to wait awhile for either a break in traffic or for cars to stop for us. The beach access was close enough that we could come and go multiple times. There was plenty of parking. They had an outdoor shower to wash off the sand and the pool was a good alternative for water. The condos were spacious for a family of 5, friendly staff, and we loved the view from our balcony.

Not clean. Air in the room flared up my asthma, smelled like mildew. WiFi was down. Rooms are super cute and so close to the beach. So much potential but needs better cleaning and upkeep.

Mixed bag

We booked two nights and our key cards were expired after just 1 night. The bath towels were tiny and no extras. It would have been nice to have had a view. The property was not filled and we were placed in the corner with no view. Room was very clean.

Very close to a Public Access to the beach!! It was difficult, arriving after hours (8:30 pm), to locate the Office - not located at street level and with lights turn off. There was some interior damage to our Unit (#9) - interior of bathroom door and shower tub (seemed unfortunately like intentional harm).

The tv didnt work because the cable was pulled and broke off in the tv...the next day they came immediately and replaced it...it was comfortable the bed and pillows, it could of been a little cleaner and more than 1 chair on balcony. Very disappointed that the pool was closed the whole trip but there were no signs letting you know. 1st night we were there a very sick looking racoon came up to the pool and drank out of it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Except most of the time when we called for help we had to leave a voicemail. The location was great the view was nice. I would however probably stay there again.
