"I'm writing this review to correct the review of my previous stay. I previously gave 3 stars, but I no longer recall why. It deserves better. This is an airport hotel and functions perfectly as that. It's a just few minutes' walk from the Manchester Airport train station so no shuttle or taxi needed, it's run well and efficiently, the staff are well trained and very helpful, and it's reasonably priced. "Great location, lovely hotel, super helpful staff"

"I will not be staying at this hotel again, the most uncomfortable bed I’ve had the displeasure of sleeping in. The hotel itself is ok, the room needed a lot of work on it. I’m glad I was travelling alone this time as I would expect my wife to stay in a room like that."

"Nice size room, big beds. The staff were really helpful and the location was really good. The breakfast isnt worth the money we paid extra for."

"Difficult to find, parking not onsite as described, staff not helpful, restaurant limited and expensive, would never stay here again"

"Excellent"

"The room was very clean and tidy. Staff were welcoming and the breakfast menu was splendid especially the beans, mushrooms, and scrambled eggs. My dad requested boiled eggs and his request was accommodated. Check out was efficient. Overall, it was a nice stay."

"While the room itself was serviceable and the breakfast was fine there was one VERY large peculiarity, that a lot of people staying there , including myself, was talking about. There is a floor to ceiling, unfrosted window next to the bed that looks right into the bathroom. From which you can see not just the shower but also THE TOILET!!! It makes for an uncomfortable room share."

"Loved our stay"
