"Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. After checking into the room, we immediately noticed serious cleanliness and sanitation issues, including stains and buildup inside the refrigerator, grime around the refrigerator edges, staining around the base of the toilet, and mouse droppings in a drawer beside the bed. The condition of the room made us uncomfortable and did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness. Because of these issues, we did not stay at the hotel and had to find another place to stay that same night. We documented the conditions with photos and later contacted Hotels.com regarding the situation. Overall, the experience was unacceptable, and we were very disappointed with the condition of the room and the lack of proper cleanliness standards and have yet to have anyone reach out with a response."

"Could change up the meals more, sausage everyday i was there and i don't like the sausage at all, just not a good sausage. Oatmeal was overcooked and snotty. Staff was very nice. Evening meals weren't great. Nacho cheese was separating and not good. Not very good varieties "

"The property was very nice. Can use little bit of upgrade inside. Pool and surrounding needs little bit of cleaning."

"This is a valet parking only hotel. Be prepared pay $25-35 parking per night. Ac did not work in room. Sweat all night. "

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Kids liked the pool. But there are things that need to be addressed. Our room was missing a square of carpet, like it was cut out because of a stain and never replaced. The a/c in the room worked only ok-ish, never making the room truly cold. The tub faucet leaked. It was a nice stay, I just expected to not find these little maintenance issues."
