Excellent experience!! Room was very nice and clean. We did self-parking in the garage which cost $25 per night, but is close to the hotel. Just beware that if you leave the garage during the day, you will have to pay at least $10 each time you come and go. Liked the short walk to The Star. Loved the variety of breakfast foods too! Will definitely be back to stay again!

Pretty nice free breakfast options, Friendly staff, proximity to event we made the trip for, nice luxery feel to the hotel. Parking situation could have been better, especially for friends and family visiting. But considering the area and location it wasn't terrible.

From the begiinning with Valet Staff to Front Desk staff on check in and check out and night shift Front Desk staff to Housekeeping staff to service attendants at our continental breakfast; This was and exceptional stay with exceptional customer service with a smile and our room exceeded our expectations. We even received exceptional service before arriving on the phone by Carlos at the Front Desk when we arrived. This was a excellent hotel stay for me and my family. Our room suite met every need and comforts.

The location of this hotel, in far north Dallas and right by the Tollway, is excellent. However the downside is that it's by other hotels and apartments with no space for strolling or exploring. The room was comfortable but the heating unit came on periodically with a loud grumble.

Check-in stated at 3:00, but they did not have rooms available at 3:15 when we arrived. We booked a suite for 5 people and only had 3 sets of towels. When we asked for towels at 8:45 they were finally brought to us at 10:25 pm. Indoor Pool was nice but very cold -not heated. Breakfast was good and a lot of options. Hotel was nice clean and perfect for what we needed! Would stay here again but request towels on arrival.
