"Best hotel stay I’ve ever had "

"I would not recommend this hotel. The rooftop pool is heavily advertised throughout the website and promotional photos, creating the impression that it is included in the hotel facilities. However, only upon arrival was I informed that access to the pool is restricted to the spa and requires a significant additional fee. While there is a small note buried at the very end of the hotel description, this feels highly misleading and close to false advertising. The hotel itself is large, modern, and well-designed, but the service experience was disappointing. When I checked out, I was told I could not leave my luggage in storage because another group had booked the entire hotel. I found this completely unreasonable, especially as luggage storage is a very basic service that travellers generally expect from a hotel of this standard. I have never encountered this situation before."

"Hotel was great, good breakfast and very helpful staff. Close to train station and supermarket."

"The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the metro. The breakfast was also good, with a variety of cold and hot dishes available. The room was clean but a but rundown, eg. peeling paintwork, super scratched flooring. The bathroom was also clean. I had a single room with no windows which I found spacious enough for one person, but also it felt like being in custody."

"Everything OK except the crazy layout of the bed. It is tightly "boxed in" unnecessarily. Terrible design. on window side VERY narrow . On the other side no space at all, right up against a wooden structure. Your partner on this side can't get out of bed with out climbing over it. Umbelievably bad design. Whoever designed this did it on a computer, never considered reality. At the bottom of the bed there is a daft storage structure On getting out of bed a serious risk of right angke edges damaging legs - terrible !"
