The hotel is clean, modern, and centrally located. It is 300 meters away from the central station, and 10-15 mins walk to King's Garden and other popular locations. What impressed us the most was the hospitality of the hotel staff, especially Greg and Sofia at the front desk. The evening we arrived, the window of our room was not closable; they upgraded our room to a much more spacious room/suite, giving us an unforgettable experience.

This is a wonderful choice for a hotel in Stockholm. We were very happy with it. It is central, but has absolutely no noise issues. It is located in a safe part of town with easy access to restaurants, cafes, Gamla Stan (walking distance) and anywhere you want to go on public transport. The staff are wonderful. It is very clean. The breakfast is amazing with a great number of options. AC worked wonders for us in August when it was hot outside and we came to a cool room to relax. I highly recommend this hotel. We will be coming back.

Great location right next to the Central Station, about a 5 minute walk. There are coffee shops and bars all nearby as well… Gamla Stan ( old town) is about a 12 minute walk . my room was small, but i wasn’t in the room much. i would definitely stay there again . there is an extra fee to use the pool.

We were really unpressed with the hotel- check in staff were friendly and helpful and checked us in early as our room was available. Gave wonderful advice about options to experience the city’s culture. Rooms are super clean and beds are amongst the most comfortable I’ve experienced. Very busy hotel, but staff were friendly and helpful. Great location close to central station. Beautiful park right across the street. Easy walking distance to Gamla Stan and the harbour. Our room was nice and had a view of that park but disappointing that we specifically booked a Family Room (well in advance) and got a deluxe twin with a cot for our son. We paid for a family room and I questioned it, but was told we got upgraded and honestly l didn’t feel like arguing, so took the room as is. I wish hotels would honour the reservation as booked. I cared more about comfortable bedding than a view. Anyway- would recommend but would suggest confirming room type prior to arrival to make sure you actually get what you paid for.

We booked a family room. Came with two single beds pushed together to form a double bed and also two single beds separated for teenagers. Room has a kettle and fridge which you can take the items out of and fill with items from the 7-11 which is less than 5 mins away walking. Ideally located short walk form the central train station. Place was so clean and really impressive. The staff was super helpful with our travel questions for the area. Breakfast here was OUTSTANDING! The rooftop bar closed at 9(or 8?) each night we were there and we didn't return to our room till after it closed. We were disappointed it closed so early for a bar and would have liked to try that in our evenings there. We absolutely loved this hotel and would return any time we go back. One big thing that needs to be addressed though. The shower in our room was in the bathtub. The bathtub sits high up so you have to step up a lot further than a normal tub to enter and it was super slippery. I tried to reach for my towel the first time and nearly fell. So I started having to use the side grab bar and told my cousin. She agreed that was really a hazard to have it raised and very slippery. That should be redone or improved in some way. But great stay overall! Very close to many shops and restaurants and a short trip from the train station. Also close was the Arlanda Express that was an amazing way to get to the airport.

Rooms are dated. With the amount of money they charge there should be USB plugs somewhere in the room (most hotels have them on lamps or a desk) and some curtains besides only blackout. When your room faces the interior you are looking into the rooms of hundreds of other people and your options are everyone sees you or blackout your room. Most hotels have two sets of curtains for that very reason so you can still let in some light and maintain some privacy. The showers are dated and you cant use full water pressure because the hose rotates either far left or far right spraying the wall or spraying the glass and never in the middle where you stand. Unless you hold the shower handle the entire time it will rotate away from you. Whoever decided it was a good idea to place a towel rack directly over a toilet should be fired. The stains on the bed skirt tell me they dont remove and wash them because a blind man could have seen them. The staff were great and friendly. The water cooler at the front entrance was helpful for water bottle refills on very hot and humid days and the lobby is well done up and modern. It’s not a bad hotel it just needs ownership to stop being cheap and update the place accordingly.

The location is very convenient. A 2-3 minute walk from the Central Station. There is a laundry and post office very close. The hotel was clean. The tv screen was small with no streaming. In June we were supposed to pay to use the pool, and it was too expensive. The breakfast was delicious.

The location is excellent. The central train station is close by. Room was nice and roomy compared to others in Europe. Staff was kind and helpful. 4 star for amenities since you had to pay to use the pool and spa and the price was substantial for the amount of time you got to use it.
