"Excellent"

"No internet access and TV was difficult to operate. Very frustrating"

"I was pleasantly surpised by this property. Newly renovated very clean the room was spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only critcism was that onsite parking was very limited and the offsite parking was a distance away in an area that doesn't feel very safe. Regardless the staff did their very best to accommodate me."

"Perfect location the festival was on but couldn’t hear it from inside, bed was comfy and everything was clean see you in 12 months :)"

"Comfortable beds and a nice place to stay. Location was not great for our purpose"

"Have stayed at this propert ample times & always clean & staff are always helpful."

"Convenience for our stay. Staff were great."

"very spacious apartments staff were very limited in English challenging when asking for smenties."

The room was spacious, actually much bigger than required for a short stay, however would be ideal for extended visits to Parramatta. "The only issue was the neighbouring residents bordering the property (I don’t know which neighbour) had a dog that barked nonstop into the night and I’m not complaining about the dog, I’m complaining about the dog’s human who didn’t seem to be attending to the dog’s needs. I worried that the poor dog was being neglected."
