"The front desk staff did not request identification—only my last name—before issuing a room key, which raised concerns regarding guest security. The room itself felt quite dated and is clearly in need of refurbishment. Additionally, both the sink and shower drained poorly, resulting in standing water after each use. While the carpet initially appeared clean, that impression quickly changed when I dropped an earring and had to search for it. In doing so, I found crumbs and debris on both sides of the bed, suggesting the room had not been thoroughly cleaned following the previous guest."

"Had an enjoyable stay. My room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. It seemed to be recently renovated. Excellent full breakfast. Staff was friendly and quick to respond. Art at the front desk was very helpful in arranging the shuttle. The airport shuttle to the hotel took longer than expected. But, there was heavy traffic in and out of the airport at that time. So most shuttles were probably somewhat late."

"The room was very clean and the attendant at the front desk at the time, Monica, was very sweet and helpful. She offered us a free late check out and encouraged us to sign up for the rewards program, which I will be taking the time to do later. There are a couple of things that were less than satisfactory though. First thing, the shower stall is extremely small and cramped even for just one person. Secondly, the elevator had food trash all over it(scraps, chicken bones, etc.) We told Monica right away and she was on it. Thirdly, there was a comedy show gathering in the lobby that night we checked in and although this is not the fault of the staff or the hotel, the guests of the show were loud, belligerent, and a little creepy. One of them approached me and my partner and we felt very uncomfortable after the interaction. Maybe in the future, I would suggest holding the guests of the show in a conference room or something because they were congesting the lobby/elevator area. Lastly, although we did have a late checkout and put the do not disturb sign on the door, the housekeeping staff knocked on our door multiple times after telling them we had a late checkout. I would suggest to the staff to respect the sign on the door and communicate with each other which rooms have already been cleaned/knocked on/checked. Other than those things, I really enjoyed my stay. Very reasonable price, wonderful front desk staff, clean rooms, and free parking!"

"Immaculate grounds especially at night when all the landscape lights were on. Starbucks in the premises as well as a Steak and tapas full restaurant,a full service cafe and multiple outside seating areas on the veranda and gardens.Housekeeping was on point w restocking and keeping our rooms clean and inviting"

"The place was very cut and clean. The property manager was responsive and friendly. And they left snacks which was very much appreciated. But we did have a few small issues.One is that we could hear a lot of what was going on in the place upstairs in the evening. We could hear them talking, and the TV show they were watching, which had something loud that sounded like shooting scenes. Luckily this didn't last long. My kids were also being a bit loud, and I was worried they could hear us as well. Two is that it was a little too cold in there during the day (in March). You cannot control your own temperature. The manager said they would ask the people upstairs to turn it up, but that they always left it at 75 degrees. (I think to indicate they already had it up pretty high). Which led me to believe that there is not a split system, where the bottom level can be a different temperature than the top. So even though it may well be much warmer in the higher level of the house, the bottom definitely was not feeling like 75. So that is frustrating because I am sure the folks upstairs don't want to alter their own temperature either. And three, there was not a plug-in in the bathroom. Maybe I missed it, but I looked everywhere. I curled my hair in another room instead. Not a huge deal, but maybe worth noting for some people. "

"Room was clean. But towels may have smelled dusty. Everyone was nice. The bartender and restaurant food were excellent. Check in and check out were simple"

"Hot tub was fantastic! Just what we needed. Beautiful home. Fun games! Our doggo loved playing with the toys! Would definitely book here again!"
