"This hotel had more of a resort feel to it. Everything was welcoming and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area were extremely nice. There is also a friendly restaurant next to the lobby. The attached banquet hall and conference center look inviting. The hotel staff, including Leticia at the front desk, were friendly and always ready to help. The hotel's location is near main expressways, shopping and dining. I plan on staying here again."

"Location is great. It is on a busy and loud street of course. Couldn't hear any airplane traffic. The room we got was with 2 queen beds, spacious, with mini fridge (no freezer), microwave, wardrobe with mirror, another big mirror, even night light in the bathroom, which I love. Breakfast was good, nothing spectacular. As long as they have waffles, I am happy. There was also egg/cheese omelette, bacon, cereal, oatmeal, fruit yogurt, and dry stuff like mini muffins, bread, etc. The staff was nice, checking in and out was fast."

"First reaction entering the room after a 13-hour drive was a stale smell. We got a suite, which really wasn't any bigger than the single rooms we've gotten at other hotels. The refrigerator didn't get cold; we were told that it is only supposed to be a cooler, not a refrigerator. Night staff didn't seem to be particularly happy to be there. Two towels in the room for four people; however, the next day maids were great and got us towels, washcloths, and tp. The strangest room layout I've ever seen. Breakfast was poor to average. Pool was all right. Monitors for the exercise equipment was out, but the treadmill was good. The hotel can use some updating. Overall, I would say better then poor, but less than ok, but there was no middle in the rating."

"Room was clean. But towels may have smelled dusty. Everyone was nice. The bartender and restaurant food were excellent. Check in and check out were simple"

"We booked here b/c my daughter's flight was canceled at midnight after sitting in the airport all day and night. They advertised that there was an airport shuttle. WRONG! She had to take an Uber. Shuttle driver was sick. Exhausted and very annoyed, she gets to hotel and goes to her room, opens the door, only to see a man standing in his underwear. The room already had an occupant. She was embarrassed and horrified (21 years old). Front desk gave her a new room. Room was fine and seemed clean enough; however, there was some kind of crud on the wall lamp right where she was supposed to turn it on, so she went without that light. Still no driver the next morning. Had to Uber back to the airport. Very disappointed a Wyndham was so poorly run."
