"We left two nights early because of having to fight ants from the first night. The place smelled of dogs so strongly we had to open all the windows to air it out. The kitchen cabinets were filthy underneath the dishes so we hand washed everything we touched. The doors underneath the sink almost fell off when i opened them. The house seems to be used regularly but not cleaned well often. I would give a zero rating if I could and would definitely like a partial refund!"

"Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

"Nora is absolutely amazing! This was my first Verbo and it absolutely did not disappoint! We came to Seattle for my daughter’s appointment and needed a nice place to stay and close to everything! "We stayed at this cozy beach house while waiting for our new house to close. Our kids (3 & 7) loved the little playset and the beach and spent most of the week outside. It was great! Communication with the host when a concern popped up was excellent and they promptly responded and handled the situation. We really enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing. If you want to relax and get away for a bit, this is the spot for you!"

"We had a great time enjoying the seals, otters, deer, ospreys, and our daily breakfast of fresh oysters from right out front in the bay. The view over the bay was beautiful, especially the sunsets. The house is clean, comfortable, and homey, and had everything we needed. Plenty of spices and condiments, and the coffee, eggs, and wine were a nice touch. Easy communication with Tabitha. Highly recommended."

"We decided to try a boat instead of a hotel for our stay in Gig Harbor. What a fabulous experience it was. The boat was a classic wood hull and interior, beautifully restored, with everything working perfect. Michelle was an amazing host, extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The setting in Gig harbor was spectacular, views, wildlife....lot's of stuff to do..and within walking distance to the historic downtown waterfront area. HIGHLY recommend you give one of their 3 boats a try!!"
