"First off the neighborhood is a dump and I mean literally trash piled up all over the place. Upon check in there was no blanket, sheets or pillows on the bed. The management team suggested to go buy some.After purchasing my own bedding and finally falling asleep a delivery person woke me up with sheets and a pillow, but no still no blanket. There was what appeared to be blood spattered on the wall. They said they were going to refund my money for the stay but of course never did. Steer Clear !"

"For a single traveller or a couple this is an ideal location. The whole neighbourhood is on the quiet side. Being located between a couple of artery roads allows for easy exploration of the surrounding area. I’ll definitely be booking here when I can for future trips"

"This is a cute upstairs bnb. Its kitchen was well equipped. Bed was comfortable. The property manager is super nice and friendly. Bring an eye mask if you’re sensitive to light in the morning. It has curtains but they let most of the light through. Super convenient location to get to the downtown. Definitely a great stay!"

"The numbering of the apartments is odd -- when we picked #1, we thought (based on the photos) that it was the top floor. It turns out that #1 is the middle, #3 is the top, and #2 is the bottom! So instead of a quiet floor, we ended up underneath a group of loud people who were noisy past midnight. As for the apartment, it was clean, and an odd combination of really nice and sort of shabby. Loved watching the wildlife- birds(eagles, ospreys, loons, resident geese, and shore birds), sealions, seals, otters, and harbor porpoises. "We came to Tacoma for a concert. We are very pleased with the space. The areas is not very nice so if you have kids I would keep that in mind but the interior is wonderful. Lots of space you could put an air mattress in the main bedroom if needed! We had a great experience here."
