"Everything was very clean. The only complaint I have is that they still only have the tiny complimentary bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Most hotels now have the full size bottles available, which helps that we don’t have to pack to get that stuff through security at the airport. We had to ask for at least 6 tiny bottles to last my grandson and I the two night stay. "

"The staff was amazing, and really showed care and concern. The breakfast could have had more options, but was satisfactory. The room was clean and spacious. The elevator worked just fine. Everything was perfect except for when you left the facility. The surroundings were awful; nasty, and people openly doing drugs. Public transportation was limited and walking was not an option due to the homeless. Too bad because the hotel is so nice."

"The gal working the front desk in the evening was extremely nice and helpful. Every other hotel was booked up but they took care of us after a bunch of flight delays. She made us a to go breakfast so we could leave early. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed for the night. "
