"Even though the hotel is going through some refurbishment it was very clean and fresh in the temporary public areas. Staff were helpful and polite. Rooms were very well equipped, super comfortable and very clean. We are planning another trip next month."

"Property and location were great if your looking for somewhere to base yourself when exploring london. The coffee and pastries on offer at reception were really great and convenient when grabbing a quich easy snack before setting off for the day The only downside at the moment to this hotel is that they are in the final phase of refurbishment, therefore there was a lot of dust in the air, plus the mattress was a little too hard and the pillows i found to be a little too long for the mattress in the room we were given,so we would always find ourselves knocking things off the side tables when trying to position the pillows to watch tv."
