"Had a great night at this hotel. Check in was smooth. Hanna at the front desk was very helpful when I mentioned I was staying for partners birthday. She went out of her way to get chocolates and wine. I also was easily able to pay and add breakfast onto my booking. I had a nice room and I was really happy that I chose this hotel. It was quite busy due to a conference but did not negatively affect my stay. Was able to pay extra to check out later just before breakfast which was nice as check out is quite early at 11. Only issue I had was the parking cost me £45. Very expensive!! All in all Hanna made my stay so much nicer by going out of her way to make sure everything was memorable. Thank you. I’d definitely come again, probably wouldn’t drive though. "
