"It is not often I give a hotel 10/10 but this hotel deserves it. I was a solo traveller for an interview. I was made to feel very welcome on arrival and the welcome cookie was much needed after a long journey. The receptionist was very welcoming and polite, the reception area was calming and and relaxing I felt chilled the minute I walked in. My room was a recently refurbished one. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and spacious. I needed to be relaxed and get a good nights sleep and I certainly did. Breakfast was relaxing with lots of choice to set me up for the day. It was an excellent 1 night stay and I got the job :-) "

"I love the sleek interior design of this hotel and pristine prompt service. The design reminds me of a fun cool train especially the elevator. The king room is absolutely gorgeous with a fantastic view. The amenities are excellent with high end Italian brand shampoo and soap. Our room service for breakfast was an absolute delight (ham cheese omelette, pancakes and matcha latte). Their location is right cross the major King Cross station (incl the Eurostar arrival station). The hotel also has a great rooftop bar. Definitely will come back to this hotel next time! P.S. "Went for london marathon, hotel staff very friendly especially Miriam, Andrei and Amalu at breakfast excellent service, they also made a special pack up for my husband who was doing the marathon. "
