"Hotels aged poorly , shower in room leaked water on to floor of bathroom , difficult to get in and out of , not suitable for anyone around 6ft in height"

"There was no hot water for a shower. I made a complaint and await their response."

"Upon arrival we found out that the restaurant was closed and that we would have to request a refund after our stay. First day everything worked in the room but the second day the AC stopped working and the room got swelteringly hot, windows did not open so we tried to get the AC working, staff came to check on it and said “we reset it, it will be working again in 15-20 minutes”. SURPRISE!!! It didn’t, third day same process nothing worked. On the fourth day a young employee from the front desk came up and in 5 minutes he had the AC working. More importantly, he stayed there to confirm it was actually cooling before leaving."

"This is an amazing hotel at a very reasonable price for central London. The room was very clean and quiet and comfortable. I loved it."

"Great stay at the hotel. The room is large, spacious and clean, large, thick and luxurious towels, free bottles of water that were replaced daily. The staff at the reception are cordial and full of goodwill. The gym and pool are a perfect treat at the end of each day. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The location is excellent and public transportation to all attractions is a short walk away. There is no doubt that the experience was wonderful and we would be happy to stay here on our next visit."
