"Room was small but very nice staff was helpful but reservations manager didn’t help us"

"We contacted the hotel prior to arrival due to concerns regarding negative reviews. They assured us that room wouldn’t be problematic. Upon check in, one member was rude and repeatedly said she didn’t want to know about tour concerns or email exchange. If you arrive early you pay additional fees, if you don’t pay them and prefer to leave your luggage, you pay additional fees. Check out time is also early, I think they said 10am. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Location is good."

"Travel to London was necessary due to a family member at the Wellington Hospital South and the Danubius is within a short walk. The check in with Janine was good; informative, courteous and friendly. We had a King Room that was ok. The bathroom was very small but served a purpose albeit the bath/shower was just adequate. Unfortunately our room (710) was close enough to train lines so the noise element was very prevalent! The room was clean but dated. The breakfast was excellent and good value with many options and choices available. Dinner in the Pavillion Bar was good with sufficient menu choices. Staff in the Pavillion Bar were friendly, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable of the fare available. If I was attending a match at Lords or having to travel to be an hospital inpatient I would happily stay at the Danubius."

"Went to check in and room wasn’t ready for a maintenance issue. Within 5 minutes it was ready. Plan was to shower, relax, and head back out for dinner. Shower and room were fine but could not get on Wifi. No wifi meant no TV. Went to the front desk and they sent maintenance up. They were very helpful but could not figure out why our room couldn’t get wifi. Maintenance suggested we go to the front desk with them to get a new room. Front desk said there are no other rooms for 3 people and there’s nothing they can do. I was put in contact with the service provider and I was on the phone for 10 minutes giving information about our phones. After a few minutes they said it looks like something on their end. They will call back with an update. Never heard from anyone again and it wasn’t fixed. Had to use 2 international phone passes on Verizon because of this. No TV for this spoiled brat so i struggled falling asleep. Woolf Bar food was good and breakfast was mediocre. Good selection of hot and cold items for breakfast but quality was just OK. Could have eaten better for half the price off the property. London was such a great city we decided to stay longer, just at a different hotel "

"Great stay in central London. Absolutely massive hotel, and my room was a long walk through the floor but was super clean and cozy. Because it’s so big there are a lot of people staying here and it could get kind of noisy; nothing earplugs couldn’t help. Overall a great value for the price with an extensive buffet breakfast included. Parked right under the hotel without issue!"

"Good location for Euston and the room itself was clean. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the bathroom could have done with renovation. I have no idea why hotels are still putting baths in when a wet room is more appropriate. The sink tap was temperamental with hot and cold water and the shower needed replacing. The breakfast was awful. Over cooked bacon, under cooked scrambled eggs. Has a coeliac I was able to get some gluten free bread but there was no other items offered. There were so many people in the restaurant it was like being in a school canteen."
