"Very nice room, bed was a little short for me at over 6 foot tall, but not the end of the world. Staff were very pleasant. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area"

"Very comfortable bed"

"Checked into Room one, nice view over quay but as soon as I lay on bed headboard collapsed, went to have shower and shower not working, was allowed to use bathroom down the hall but not ideal. No remote for TV so couldn’t use that either. Wanted to say good stay but very poor."

"Lovely simple place, very clean with full breakfast, toast and cereals included. Nothing fancy but perfectly good. Very friendly and helpful receptionist and bar staff. Free parking till 8am one road away on Tyler Ride road. I would happily come again."

"Very clean room and plenty of parking"

By 8am there was a workman outside my first floor bedroom window so I had...

"Shower did not work. Only one towel in the room. TV did not work. Very dirty floor. Stains on the bed and headboard. Windows don't open fully."

"All was rather delightful however I struggled to work the Tv but other than that was lovely"
