"An excellent place to stay. The owners are so friendly, the room is beautiful and has all that you need for a great stay and more 😊. The breakfast and the conversation was one of the best we’ve ever had. The surrounding are beautiful, be sure to do a walk round the local area while you are there as it is well worth it. Red kites in abundance. Will definitely recommend and will return asap ."

The Five Arrows

"The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was a very high standard. The breakfast also was good with everything cooked fresh to order. An added bonus included its the booking was entrance to Waddesdon Manor, a national trust house and gardens that are amazing. If not a NT member this would cost £28 each. Only thing to watch out is that the restaurant is not open on Monday or Tuesday evenings, though the Bow pub across the road did very good food."

Ashfield Lodge 1 bed. Beautiful Location. Nr Buckingham and Milton Keynes

Excellent in all respects.

"Ashfield Lodge is in a very peaceful location but with easy access to main routes within a short distance. There are views of the garden and nearby fields. The Lodge has been tastefully designed and thoughtfully equipped. It was spotlessly clean throughout and the beds were very comfortable. There is off road parking next to the building. Simmie was very prompt with all communication and provided clear information in a helpful and friendly manner. She was very warm and welcoming, offering any help should it be required but her level of thorough preparation was such that nothing more was needed. A most enjoyable stay."
