Although there was a mix up (Executive Room I booked said it had a king bed and sofa bed but no sofa bed) the Receptionist who checked us in and different Receptionist who checked us out went above and beyond to resolve the issue. We were offered 2 Executive Rooms so that we would have a bed each or 1 twin bed room. We opted for the twin bed room. I regularly travel to the area as I was born nearby and had often seen this hotel, but...

"Staff friendly and helpful, ambience very pleasing, room was very nice. If I'm going to be picky the shower head holder didn't hold the shower head very well and the sink tap was too small so flooded the unit. Overall very satisfied with the stay."

"Centrally located hotel, short walk to city center and to the train station. Restaurant was good, had a couple of dinners there. Parking in nearby parking house with a discount if you remember to register your car registration number walking over to the parking to pick up your car."
