"We didn’t have to speak to owners but one time except communication during booking and upon checking out. The owner seemed to be responsive and open to communication if needed. However, a MAJOR renovation needs to be done at what appears to have formerly been the basement. Our trip included two couples with no privacy because you have to go through one bedroom to get to the bathroom. Not to mention there is only a shutter door that separates the rooms (no privacy).
